History

Mt. Bachelor Village was developed by Brooks Resources. After over 40 years of ownership and operation, the resort was acquired by affiliates of Oksenholt Capital in 2018. The unique location and characteristics that made MBVR attractive decades ago remain just as compelling today. Following the acquisition of Mt. Bachelor Village Corporation and the resort assets, Oksenholt Capital launched an improvement plan to renovate and modernize the Lodge and other key areas of the resort. As Bend and Central Oregon continue to grow as popular destinations, the future of the Village looks bright.
